1) Processing

Orders ship in 1–2 business days (M–F, excluding holidays).

2) Methods & Delivery Times

Standard: 3–5 business days.

Expedited: 1–3 business days (when available).

Times are estimates only.

3) Rates & Free Shipping

Rates calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.

4) Tracking

Confirmation + tracking provided via email/SMS.

5) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address is correct. We cannot reroute once shipped.

6) Delivery Issues

Lost in transit: contact us if no movement for 7+ days.

Marked delivered: check with household/carrier before contacting us. Resolutions handled case-by-case.

Damaged packages: report with photos within 7 days.

7) Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

Items may ship separately. Pre-order ETAs shown at checkout.

8) PO Boxes & International

Ships to PO/APO/FPO where eligible. Currently, U.S. only (update if expanded).

9) Risk of Loss

Risk transfers on carrier delivery.
