Refund policy

Effective date: September 4, 2024

Thank you for shopping with Homi Wellness (“Homi Wellness,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1) Eligibility Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order is marked delivered.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Because our product is a consumable topical patch, opened or partially used packs are not returnable, except for verified defects or damage (see §4).

2) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened patch packs or items not in original condition.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, and gift cards.
  • Final-sale or “as-is” items (clearly marked on the product page).

3) Return Authorization (RMA) Process

  • Email support@tryhomiwellness.com with subject: “Return Request – Order #[XXXX].”
  • Provide order number, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).
  • We’ll reply with an RMA number and return instructions.
  • Ship the item back within 14 days of RMA issuance.
  • Customer pays return shipping for remorse returns.
  • We pay return shipping for defect/damage or fulfillment errors (prepaid label provided).

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund promptly.

5) Exchanges

  • We replace defective/damaged items with the same item. For other exchanges, process as a return + new purchase.

6) Refund Timing & Method

  • Refunds issued within 5–7 business days after inspection, to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error or verified defect/damage.
  • Bank processing times may apply.

7) Cancellations / Address Changes

  • Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, email us immediately. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.

8) Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Risk of loss transfers once the carrier marks delivered. For suspected theft/misdelivery, contact the carrier and us — resolutions handled case-by-case.

9) Unauthorized Returns

  • Returns sent without authorization or outside this policy may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
